3. Payment and Billing

  • All payments must be made in full according to the agreed schedule.
  • Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services until payment is received.

4. Refund Policy

All refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available on our website. Generally, payments are non-refundable once the work has been delivered and approved, except in cases of non-delivery or defective/incomplete work.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project delivery, clients are expected to:

  • Provide timely feedback and approvals.
  • Supply all necessary content, logos, and materials.
  • Respond promptly to requests for information or clarification.

Delays caused by the client may affect the project timeline.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights of the completed mobile application are transferred to the client after full payment has been received.
  • Digital by Lam retains the right to showcase the work in portfolios or marketing materials unless explicitly requested otherwise.
  • Clients must not reproduce, distribute, or modify Digital by Lam’s proprietary tools, templates, or code without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Digital by Lam is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Our liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service that caused the issue.

8. Termination

Digital by Lam may terminate services or access for:

  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Non-payment or breach of contract.
  • Illegal or unethical activities.

Clients may terminate the agreement, but payments for completed milestones are non-refundable as per our Refund Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of Moroccan courts.
